I would like to get my 6 month old son into infant modeling. Any advice or info about casting calls?

Does anyone know of an agency that doesn't require a pre pay fee before any booking occurs? So far, I haven't found any. I'm located in the South New Jersey area, but we're willing to travel up to NYC, North Jersey or Philadelphia (and surrounding areas). Please let me know if anyone can help! Thank you!
