HELP! Possible addiction to Xanax at 16 years old!!?

Take your recommended dose and if you feel its not working talk to your doctor. I personally would never take those pills at all. But you just need to take the dose your are supposed too and ignore those urges. If you can't its time to stop taking that stuff period. And yea if your self medicating with xanax your a pill popper.
