I need help figuring out what my dream of my past love means.?

Ok so last night i had a dream that i was going to (where my past love lives) with one of my friends, i ask if we can stop at his work and see if he is there, well he was and when he saw me he got this huge smile and ran over and hugged me. We went back to his place, there were two kids there he never said if they were his, but he tucked them in and i got this really happy warm feeling. Then we were laying on the couch and we started kissing and then touching and one thing lead to another and well im not gonna actually say what happened lol. but then i woke up.
