Does this girl like me?

well a girl ive been friends with for a while and i have gotten more comfortable around each other. like we hug when we see each other and text alot and things like that. i thing she may like me because of how often she wants hugs and when we are on a couch or something we snuggle some even when friends are around. we were talking about going skiing and i said we could go with friends and she said no i dont want to go with them i only want to go with you. does she or is she just being friendly? this girl is also..sort of crazy and random like..
