My roommate and her boyfriend both snore really loudly. Help?

We share a one bedroom apartment and he stays all weekend every weekend and they both snore EXTREMELY loudly. Plus he has serious sinus problems and is constantly blowing his nose, even through the night. I usually just end up sleeping on the couch, but there is no way that i'm going to continue paying rent to sleep on the couch over the weekends.
