Should a 14 year old be allowed to watch South Park?

im actually 13, my birthdays next month. anyway ive seen that people have been saying sourthpark is a bad influence on kids. i want to straighten that out. ive been watching south park for about a week and i have to admit that a lot of things on the show are pretty bad. but dispite the bad sexual content, TEENS might actually learn something. heres the deal, at school we hear everything on south park and worse, so guess what? the foul language doesnt exactly affect us. the gory kenny scenes also dont affect us. look at all those war games your kids are playing on the xbox! racism. thats a big one that no one will ever escape. its everywhere, whether you like it or not. if only you parents actually got the behind the scenes at what really happens at school. the kids dont act the same when theres an adult around, just so you know. what am i missing?... sexual content. if anything, this is the one reason you shouldnt let your kids watch it. some of it is disturbing, whether its the adults walking around with just underwear or indiana jones being raped or mr. garrison... you have to decide on that. ask your kids. find a mellower episode, (watch it before) and show your kid. ask them questions about the effect on it had on them. and remeber, life doesnt always work like disney channel shows, and hopefully not totally like south park either. thanks for listening! :)
